GBG Structural Services specialities range from civil and structural engineering, site investigation, water engineering and the chemistry of building materials. The company employs a wide range of specialists including chartered engineers, physicists and geologists. These are backed up by our support services of technicians and secretarial staff. Covering all types of construction materials, we work predominantly with the testing and investigation of traditional materials, concrete, masonry and steel. As new materials become available, we expand our capacity to include testing of these.

Our policy is to work closely with Clients and their staff in every phase of an assignment and to report progress regularly. By working in this way, our Clients can gain sufficient insight into the problem in question to fully understand our report and its implications whether they relate to the future development of a site or to the management and repair of an existing structure. Our services are provided in both the U.K. and overseas. Contracts have been carried out on site in the Middle and Far East, Europe, Africa and South America with samples received from many more countries.
